Angela Sun
Angela Sun is an American journalist, presenter on television and sportscaster as well as a documentary filmmaker. Angela Sun is a multi-award award-winning journalist, sportscaster and producer. She earned a diploma in Communications and Sociology from the University of California. Sun was a pro surfer who took part in numerous pro-am surfing contests. That led her to be sponsored by big brands such as Roxy Reef Billabong Vans, among others. The recognition she got through this was an arrow that could propel her into the entertainment business. Then, she went into the field of filmmaker, reporter for investigative reporting and sportscaster. Sun is a former anchor who has worked on various news channels. In 2003, she worked as an Fox Sports Net reporter. Sun also hosted American Ninja Warrior alongside Matt Iseman as well as Jonny Moseley back in 2012. Sun hosts The Yahoo Sports Minute for the year 2014. She was also one of the very first Asian American star to be a part of the show at ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun has worked in numerous films, and her talents as an actor have been praised and lauded. She was a part of films like Goliath (2016) and hit the Floor(2014-2016) The Perfect Getaway(2009), Shackled (2005), Street Kings (2008), and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). In 2014, Sun launched Platic Paradise: The Great Pacific Garbage Patch the film of a feature length about the trash in the oceans and how it affects the natural environment. She wrote and directed and produced herself.
